Moroccan, LGBTQ-founded and a beacon of hope

As the co-founder of Inclusive Morocco, my journey is deeply rooted in a profound belief in the transformative power of travel. Every step we take, every itinerary we craft, is driven by a passion for inclusivity, sustainability, and a love for our beloved Morocco.
Inclusive Morocco isn’t just a travel company – it’s a labor of love, born out of a desire to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and embraced. We are proud to declare that we are 100% Moroccan owned and operated, a rarity in an industry where foreign-owned or international conglomerates often dominate. This isn’t just a matter of business ownership; it’s a testament to our commitment, to our homeland and our people. It is an initiative to reclaim our heritage in a time where many Moroccan youth are born with the life-mission to migrate.
Our decision to come out as an LGBTQ-founded and led company wasn’t taken lightly. It was a conscious choice, driven by a deep sense of responsibility towards our local community. In a society where LGBTQ individuals can face discrimination and marginalization, we felt a calling to be a beacon of hope, to show that change is possible, and that love knows no bounds.

One of our lead drivers, Nisrin, is a shining example of the resilience and strength of Moroccan women. As a female driver in a male-dominated industry, she defies stereotypes and challenges norms every single day. Her presence not only enriches our team but also serves as a powerful reminder that diversity is our greatest strength.
But our journey is about more than just breaking barriers – it’s about building bridges. We believe that travel has the power to transcend cultural divides and foster understanding. That’s why we go beyond the surface-level tourist experience, delving deep into the heart of Moroccan culture to create meaningful connections between our guests and the communities they visit.
At the core of everything we do is a commitment to authenticity and sustainability. We work closely with local artisans, guides, and families to ensure that our tours benefit everyone involved. Whether it’s staying in a traditional riad, dining on delicious homemade couscous, or learning the art of Moroccan tile-making, every aspect of our itineraries is designed to support the local economy and preserve our cultural heritage.
